Next we crush

We keep it simple and just cold press the fruit in a crush

This is done down at the orchard. The fruit is simply put into the hopper and it travels up into the crush.

Wayne in the picture above has worked at this orchard for over 20 years.  Now that’s experience!

Pulp left over as a result of the crushing is collected and fed to local cows.  Waste not, want not.
